About the Role Responsible for the comprehensive oversight of sales operations across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role encompasses commercial management, supply planning, order fulfillment, and inventory management to ensure seamless business execution and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities1.Commercial ManagementManage the end-to-end contract lifecycle.Collect, consolidate, and analyze PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data, and generate insightful analytical reportsPrepare weekly business review materials and presentationsTrack sales forecasts, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop actionable, deliverable sales outlooks.

2.Supply PlanningTranslate validated sales forecasts into supply plans in alignment with cross-functional team reviewsRelease and execute stocking plans based on agreed demand forecastsMonitor and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment

3.Order ManagementOversee the end-to-end order management processProactively identify and resolve order-related issues and exceptionsEnsure delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

4.Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory health at HQ level.Provide early warnings for potential stock shortages or excess/slow-moving inventorySupport inventory optimization initiatives

5.Reporting & Data SupportFulfill data and reporting requirements from HQ teams.Support various data-driven and intelligent system (AI/automation) initiatives.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above.Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, Inventory Control, or Data Analysis.Expert proficiency in Excel for complex data processing and professional report generation.Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to bridge regional teams and HQ.Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.Exceptional execution skills with the ability to manage regional operations independently.Willingness and ability to travel to HQ on a regular basis.
