Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter Orders & New Part Numbers
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain Customer accounts, log all communication, touch base monthly/weekly
- Coordinate orders with Production weekly
- Physical Inventory every 6 months
- Routing of Sales Orders and incoming Purchase Orders
- Maintain Elevator Accounts
- Maintain Inventory in Release and All Orders Programs
- Responsible for setting up all shipments
- Maintaining Order Files
- Responsible for updating All Orders
- Maintaining Scrap Report in All Orders
- Maintain VMI Programs for key accounts
- Enter Vendor Claims
- Ensure closing numbers in All Orders synch with QuickBooks
- Answer Telephones / E-mails
Key Job Requirements
Communicates well with others; Word & Excel proficient; General Computer Knowledge, Team Player, some college education
