Job Description
Aussie Natural Spring Water is one of Western Australia's most trusted premium bottled water brands. Based in Wangara, we produce and distribute our 15 litre, 12 litre spring water products, along with our packaged water range, across the Perth metro area and regional WA.
As a proud WA owned business, we continue to experience strong and sustained growth. We are now looking for a driven and commercially astute Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence and strengthen key customer relationships.
The Opportunity
This Monday to Friday, field based role puts you at the centre of our sales operations across the Perth metro area, focused on growing distribution, improving shelf presence and driving volume across our product range.
You will work closely with distributors, supermarket buyers, and reseller partners to deliver consistent sales growth. Success in this role will come from building strong relationships, maintaining disciplined territory management, and actively identifying new business opportunities. It is a relationship-driven role that rewards initiative, organisation, and a genuine passion for getting product in front of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the Perth metro area for our 15L, 12L and packaged water range.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and reseller accounts.
- Identify, secure, and onboard new customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular store visits and trade calls to maximise product visibility and availability.
- Negotiate ranges, shelf placement, and promotional activity with key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and volume targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to support business strategy.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, and pipeline activity in CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in FMCG, route, or trade sales (supermarket and distributor exposure highly regarded).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a defined territory independently.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Competent in CRM systems and basic reporting.
- Beverage industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
