What You'll Do Hunt you provide the drive. Ideal Candidate A high-energy, local Houston "hunter" with 57 years of experience in the Power Generation, Rental, or Utilities markets. This role is perfect for a competitive individual (or a high-achieving recent college grad/student-athlete) who is tech-savvy and possesses a "never-quit" attitude.
Low Barrier to Entry: No prior trucking or logistics experience required; we hire for grit and market knowledge over industry specifics. Key Requirements Market Knowledge: Must know the Houston industrial/rental landscape. Soft Skills: Aggressive lead pursuit, relationship building, and extreme organization.
Tech Stack: Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn, and lead-gen tools. Personality: High-energy and outgoing; must be comfortable with rejection and working outside standard 8-to-5 hours.
