Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
- Develop customizations using AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS
- Create, maintain, and optimize automated campaigns, customer journeys, and advanced segmentations
- Work on data integrations with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure campaign performance, deliverability, traceability, and governance
- Support business areas with technical guidance, best practices, and continuous platform improvements
Requirements
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience in corporate environments handling large volumes of data
- Analytical, organized, and collaborative profile
- Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I) - Preferred
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud - Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) - Preferred
