Technical responsibilities • Experience with the Salesforce platform, including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. • AI & External Platform Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external AI/ML platforms and enterprise systems. • Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and utilize integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, and data pipelines to orchestrate data and AI services across AWS, Azure, and other platforms, ensuring seamless exchange of information between Salesforce and external AI engines and Enterprise Applications . • Background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Security & Compliance: Apply Salesforce best practices to ensure Security and Data privacy compliance. Implement AI governance features and industry standards (GDPR, PCI etc.) within Salesforce and integrated systems to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance across AI-driven processes. • Code Quality & Innovation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and perform code reviews to ensure high quality standards for continuously improving Kohler’s Salesforce Platform Capabilities. • Designing and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming, LWC, Flows Design and Develop APIs • Share insights into product, technology and market trends. Process responsibilities • Help teams develop use case products delivering rapid and regular business value • Give support for business continuity of deliverables/analyses · Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis · Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements Accountabilities • Liaise with clients (e.g. from Salesforce team, the internal business, IT leadership on an ongoing basis, to maintain and ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth • Engage with other architects to ensure consistency of overall enterprise architecture COMPETENCIES Core Competency Requirements Focus on the End Customer • During performance of assigned tasks, watch for any missed opportunities in defined business process, adjusting as required.

Technical Competencies • Salesforce certification including but not limited to: Salesforce Developer certification, Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leadership Competencies • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Influencing skills and team work skills—to collaborate with use case teams and other tech architecture roles. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. • Experience designing and building custom solutions on the Force.com Platform, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder and/or Flow. • Experience with designing and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming • Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL) • Background in application development using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Data Loader • Provide Salesforce.com solutions to meet client needs including design, configuration, and testing activities • Configure Salesforce related third-party applications • Experience with Leading a team • Salesforce Certifications Mandatory – PD 1 & PD 2 • Knowledge on Agile methodologies.
