We're looking for a Senior Salesforce specialist to lead solution design and delivery across our core CRM platform and data/AI layer. This is a senior IC role with team lead responsibilities — owning architecture, mentoring engineers, and serving as the primary technical interface with clients.

\n\nWhat You’ll Do
\n• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
\n• Design Sales Cloud solutions (lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, CPQ, forecasting, Einstein productivity tools)
\n• Architect Service Cloud solutions (case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, self-service portals)
\n• Design Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and unified Customer 360 profiles
\n• Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents for sales, service, and personalization use cases
\n• Lead, mentor, and review the work of a Salesforce engineering team
\n• Present architecture decisions to client stakeholders and enterprise architects.
\n\nWhat You Bring
\n• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
\n• Proven Data Cloud experience: DMO design, identity resolution, segmentation & activation
\n• Working knowledge of Agentforce (Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, Trust Layer)
\n• SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
\n• Marketing Cloud knowledge a plus, especially for Data Cloud ingestion design.
