The Salesforce Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support programs.
This role combines project management rigor with deep Salesforce technical knowledge to ensure high‑quality delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
- Review architecture, solution designs, integration patterns, and data models.
- Guide teams on Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security model, and coding standards.
- Support technical decisions involving Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technical stack:
- Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers
- Flows & automation
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware)
- Security & sharing models
- Data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, APIs)
- Solid experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with DevOps tools: Copado / AutoRABIT / Gearset / Git pipelines.
- Ability to handle complex multi-cloud Salesforce programs.
