Role Description The Outlet Manager owns the end-to-end running of a single salon outlet - its revenue, its team, its guest experience, and its day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can consistently hit business targets while upholding the service standards expected of a premium salon. Qualifications 3-5+ years in salon/spa, hospitality, premium retail or F&B, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets• Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills• Comfortable with numbers - targets, billing, basic P&L, inventory• Excellent communication in English / Kannada / Hindi • Customer-first attitude with a high bar for service and personal grooming standards• Flexible to work weekends and peak hours (the salon business runs on weekends)Comfort with using booking systems or basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours as required by hospitality operations.
