Job Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant — SCT / ESG Specialist Company: Mindalyx Consulting Location: 100% Remote Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 1 Year About the Role: Mindalyx Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead a critical ESG data migration and harmonization stream for a global client. The ideal candidate will have direct hands-on experience structuring, validating, and migrating environmental, social, and governance data into SAP Sustainability Control Tower. Key Responsibilities: — Analyze, extract and map heterogeneous ESG data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC and non-SAP legacy systems into SCT-compliant structures — Configure and utilize Data Provider Interfaces and SCT Inbound API to establish automated data pipelines — Manage data validation, quality checks and reconciliation within the Manage ESG Data app — Execute and oversee upload and publishing of quantitative and qualitative ESG metrics — Ensure audit-ready data foundation for EU Taxonomy and ESRS reporting — Bridge gap between IT teams and corporate sustainability and finance business teams Required Skills: — SAP Sustainability Control Tower — SCT — Mandatory — ESG Data — GHG emissions, energy, workforce data — SAP Datasphere, CSV/XLSX imports, API endpoints — SAP Data Services, LTMC, Migration Cockpit — DPI and SCT Inbound API configuration — S/4HANA and ECC data extraction — Advanced SQL and ETL tools — Strong English communication — written and spoken Experience Levels: 2 - 6 YOE How to Apply: Send your CV and day rate to: [email protected] Subject: SAP SCT Consultant — (Your Experience) — (Current Location)
