Job Summar

yWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Practice Lead with 10+ years of SAP consulting experience and deep expertise in SAP EWM. The ideal candidate should have successfully led 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, possess strong leadership and client management skills, and have experience delivering domestic implementation projects. This role involves driving the EWM practice, leading implementation teams, engaging with clients, and contributing to business growth

Key Responsibiliti

• esLead the SAP EWM practice by providing functional and solution leadership across implementation and support engagement
• s.Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare suppor
• t.Work closely with clients to understand business processes and design scalable warehouse management solution
• s.Lead workshops, solution discussions, fit-gap analysis, and blueprint session
• s.Manage project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfactio
• n.Mentor and guide SAP EWM consultants, fostering technical and functional excellence within the tea
• m.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and ABAP, to deliver integrated solution
• s.Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentation
• s.Identify business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the SAP EWM practic
• e.Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards throughout project executio
