Role Summary

SAP SDM responsible for end‑to‑end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements) across customer accounts. The role acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies

Functional & Technical

• Strong SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC)
• Understanding of:
• SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.)
• SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)
• Knowledge of AMS and support models

Service Management

• ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
• SLA/KPI governance and reporting
• Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Stakeholder management & CXO engagement
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Decision-making and problem solving
• Team leadership across global delivery models

Experience & Qualification

• 12–18+ years overall experience
• Minimum 5+ years in SAP SDM / Delivery Manager role
• Proven experience in:
• SAP AMS & project delivery
• Multi-client / multi-geography engagements
• Preferred:
• PMP / ITIL Certification
• SAP certifications
