About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding to join our team. This role involves end-to-end configuration and optimization of recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities End-to-end configuration of Job Requisition, Job Application, and Offer Letter templates. Expertise in Application Status Configuration, Status Sets, and Interview Scheduling workflows. Hands-on experience with Recruiting Business Rules, MDF objects, picklists & template governance.
Advanced experience in Career Site Builder (CSB) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) including: Page layouts, responsive design SEO/analytics/Tag Manager usage Talent Pools & Candidate Profile enhancements Deep understanding of Candidate Lifecycle, requisition approvals, agency management, and mobile UX. Full configuration of Process Variants, Responsible Groups, Onboarding Tasks, and Transitions in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules. Knowledge of HR best practices and trends. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
