Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSchedule CoordinatorWe are looking for a reliable and organized Schedule Coordinator to join our growing landscape company. This position is based in our office and plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating crews, scheduling jobs, and managing task flow. ResponsibilitiesSchedule landscaping jobs and daily crew assignmentsCoordinate timelines, routes, and task prioritiesCommunicate with field crews and office staff throughout the dayUpdate schedules based on weather, customer requests, or project changesAnswer phones and assist with customer scheduling inquiriesMaintain accurate job records and calendarsHelp ensure crews have the information needed for each job site QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and office software knowledgeProblem-solving skills and attention to detailLandscaping knowledge is a plus, but not requiredTraining will be provided for the right candidate What We OfferStarting pay: $22/hourFull training providedStable, full-time positionSupportive team environmentOpportunity for growth within the company ScheduleFull-timeMonday–FridayOffice-based positionIf you are dependable, organized, and enjoy coordinating moving parts to keep a team successful, we’d love to hear from you.
