Salary: $30.68 – $32.35 per hour. Planned Start Date: Mar. 30 2026. CRC required: Yes.

The Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of health care services delivered in the community, including developing, preparing and adjusting schedules in accordance with referrals, care plans and applicable collective agreements, and providing direction to staff. QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training and Experience: Grade 12, Office Administration Certificate, recent related experience of two years or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience such as post‑secondary courses in health care or social services or other qualifications determined to be reasonable and relevant to the level of work.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES Keyboard at 50 wpm. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Deal with others effectively.

Organize and prioritize. Work within multiple deadlines. Operate related equipment.
