About the Company About the RoleThe School Director serves as the apex academic and administrative leader across our CBSE schools. This is a senior leadership position with direct oversight of Principals across all campuses. The School Director is accountable to the Management and acts as the primary bridge between institutional leadership and strategic governance, ensuring that all schools operate in alignment with the CBSE mandate and the organization's educational philosophy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic academic and administrative direction across all CBSE-affiliated schools under the group.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Principals, ensuring effective school management at every campus.Establish and implement uniform academic policies, discipline standards, and operational procedures across institutions.Liaise regularly with the H'ble Management to report on institutional progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.Ensure full compliance with CBSE regulations, affiliation requirements, and government norms across all schools.Drive continuous improvement in academic results, teacher quality, and student outcomes.Oversee recruitment, appraisal, and professional development of school leadership teams.Coordinate infrastructure development, budgetary planning, and resource allocation in collaboration with Management.Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation across all campuses.Address escalated concerns from Principals, parents, or staff in a timely and effective manner.QualificationsPostgraduate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Principal or above).In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum frameworks, affiliation norms, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record of managing multi-school or multi-campus educational operations.Required SkillsAcademic leadershipTeam managementCBSE complianceStrategic planningStakeholder communicationPolicy developmentDecision-makingCrisis managementPreferred SkillsDigital education toolsNEP 2020 familiarityData-driven school managementMulti-campus operationsCommunity engagementPay Range & CompensationCompensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
