We are currently seeking an experienced My Track Scheduler/Planner to support a large-scale enterprise system deployment (ERP, SaaS and supply chain platforms). This role is critical in ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution of project activities across multiple workstreams including supplier onboarding, system readiness, and go-live execution.
You will work closely with project leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive schedule integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery.
Location: Calgary, AB
Duration: 10-month contract
Type: Full-time, Mon- Fri, 8 hours a day, 5 days in office
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain an integrated master project schedule across all phases (deployment, onboarding, training, and hypercare)
- Build and manage detailed work plans covering:
- Supplier onboarding (36 suppliers)
- System configuration & readiness
- Training and change management
- Cutover and go-live activities
- Identify critical path, dependencies, and schedule risks
- Lead regular schedule reviews with stakeholders and workstream leads
Go-Live & Hypercare Coordination
- Support cutover planning and hypercare execution
- Coordinate day-to-day activities during go-live and post-go-live phases
- Ensure readiness alignment across SCM, IT, Finance, and suppliers
- Escalate risks that may impact key milestones
Reporting & Governance
- Provide weekly and executive-level schedule reporting
- Maintain dashboards (milestones, progress tracking, schedule variance)
- Support SteerCo reporting with timeline insights and risk indicators
- Ensure schedule alignment with governance frameworks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with: Project Manager and Program Leads
- Change Management & Training Teams
- Technical, Data, and Process Leads
- External vendors and suppliers
- Ensure all activities are logically sequenced and properly resourced
Tools & Data Management
- Manage schedules using MS Project, Excel, or enterprise planning tools
- Maintain data accuracy, version control, and scheduling integrity
- Support scenario planning (resource constraints, compression planning)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Tracking System project scheduling, planning, or project controls
- Proven experience supporting large-scale system implementations (ERP, SaaS, or supply chain platforms)
- Strong expertise in: Schedule development & critical path analysis, Risk identification & mitigation, Cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with: SAP S/4HANA, Fieldglass, MyTrack, or similar systems
- Supplier onboarding or procurement programs
- Cutover and hypercare planning
- Background in oil & gas, supply chain, or industrial environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage complex timelines
