The Secretary will manage daily clerical and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing digital files, and preparing correspondence and reports.
The role involves assisting executives with administrative support, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring accurate documentation of company records. The Secretary will handle customer service inquiries, route requests to the appropriate team members, and maintain professional communication with clients and partners. The position also includes supporting company secretarial functions, helping to track compliance-related documentation and maintaining structured records for global business engagements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clerical skills and office administration abilities, including document management and scheduling.Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and maintain professional client interactions.Candidates should possess experience in company secretarial work or corporate record-keeping, especially in support of compliance and governance processes.Candidates should possess executive administrative assistance capabilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations.Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, cloud storage, project management tools) is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment are required.Prior experience in international business, consulting, or legal support environments is an advantage.A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
