Security/CCTV Access Control Sales Executive
My client is a Fortune 500 company that is looking for Account Executives in sales out of the Fire, Security or Building Automaton area. You will be a Sales Representative for a growing territory.
Role Focus
- Approximately75% new business development
- Approximately25% existing account management
- Will inherit some accounts but must also drive net‑new growth
- Onsite visits required
Required Skill Set & Attributes
- Technical Foundation – Security Industry Experience
- Access control and camera systems
- Prior technician experience is acceptable
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Engaging, relationship‑oriented, strong soft skills
- Highly Self‑Driven & Motivated
Previous Experience:
- Technicians who are ready to move from 5+ years of field tech work to sales
- Have to have previous experience in Fire, Security, or Building Automation sectors.
Success Criteria
- First 3 Months:Learning the role, product offerings, and internal processes
- First 12 Months:
- Proficient with company systems, tools, and procedures
- Able to propose, book, and manage projects independently
- Build a pipeline3× the annual target(target = $1M; pipeline = ~$3M)
