LaborMaX Staffing is hiring a Branch Manager for our Omaha, Illinois location. We are looking for someone who knows how to win new business , build relationships in the market, and lead a branch operation with accountability.
This is not a desk-only management job. The right person will be out in the field, calling on businesses, opening accounts, growing revenue, and leading the branch team to deliver. What you’ll own: Driving new business through B2B outside sales, prospecting, client visits, proposals, and closing new accounts Building and growing the branch, including recruiting, dispatch, customer service, and daily operations Leading branch staff, setting expectations, coaching performance, and creating a strong team culture Managing branch financial performance, including margin, expenses, and overall profitability Building long-term customer relationships while expanding LaborMAX’s presence in the Peoria market What we’re looking for: At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with cold calling and prospecting Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or a similar fast-paced service business Someone comfortable owning results, solving problems, and being accountable for branch performance Staffing industry experience is strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation and benefits: Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience Monthly business allowance Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with match FSA/HSA PTO and company holidays At LaborMax, we help businesses stay staffed with qualified, ready-to-work field team members in general and skilled labor.
