Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology industry. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying top engineering talent, managing recruitment processes, and supporting clients with niche semiconductor hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of semiconductor engineering candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Recruit candidates for roles including:
• Semiconductor Design Engineers
• ASIC Engineers
• VLSI Engineers
• FPGA Engineers
• Verification Engineers
• Embedded Engineers
• Firmware Engineers
• Hardware Engineers
• Validation/Test Engineers
• Process Engineers
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and candidate databases to identify talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with semiconductor recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology and engineering roles.
• Proven experience sourcing niche technical talent.
• Experience recruiting for semiconductor, electronics, hardware, or embedded technology roles.
• Strong communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting semiconductor companies, engineering firms, or technology organizations.
• Knowledge of semiconductor development lifecycle, chip design, verification, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement recruiting.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
