Experience: 8+ years of agency experience in Digital Client Servicing / Account Management within leading digital or integrated agencies.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director – Account Management to lead strategic digital mandates for key brands. This role is responsible for leading and supervising digital mandates for assigned brands while driving strategic excellence, client partnership, campaign performance, and business growth. The incumbent will represent dentsu in delivering value-driven digital campaigns and integrated marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate should come from a digital-first agency background, possess strong client servicing expertise, and have prior experience managing Automobile brands/accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital business for assigned brands while ensuring seamless campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
- Drive integrated digital strategies across social media, content, media, ORM, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns aligned with business goals, brand objectives, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, ORM, Technology, and Analytics for integrated campaign delivery.
- Review campaign performance and present actionable insights, optimization plans, and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership teams.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of projects across multiple accounts.
- Lead client reviews, pitch presentations, brainstorming sessions, and business planning discussions.
- Support leadership in achieving revenue targets, client retention, and existing/new business development initiatives.
- New business development – this role carries revenue responsibility and requires actively contributing towards business growth through client acquisition, account expansion, strategic partnerships, and identification of new revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive long-term business partnerships.
- Mentor, guide, and lead teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Stay updated with evolving digital trends, platform innovations, consumer behavior insights, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, influencers, and production partners as required.
- Manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously while ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
Qualifications & Requisite Skills:
- 8–12 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management within leading digital or integrated agencies.
- Strong digital-first background with expertise across integrated digital marketing solutions.
- Proven experience handling large-scale Automobile clients/accounts.
- Demonstrated success in managing senior client stakeholders and driving business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value business mandates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while balancing multiple priorities.
