The Senior Account Executive Commercial Lines will lead client servicing efforts, team development, and operational execution for Commercial Lines accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining client relationships, ensuring policy accuracy, and managing internal workflows.

• Manage and service a book of Commercial Lines insurance clients.
  
  
• Support Sales Executives by preparing quotes, binders, renewals, and coverage recommendations.
  
  
• Lead weekly team meetings focused on renewals and new business submissions.
  
  
• Mentor junior team members and assist with system training.
  
  
• Oversee audits, claims, endorsements, and policy changes.
  
  
• Implement operational efficiencies using modern tools (including AI-powered applications).
  
  
• Attend occasional industry events and tradeshows.
  
  
• Serve as the go-to resource for resolving internal and client-facing issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree.
  
  
• Willing and able to work 100% onsite (remote work not available).
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
  
  

• Expertise in Commercial Property policies.
  
  
• Professional designations such as CIC or CPCU (adds to compensation).
  
  
• Resides within a 20–25 mile radius of the office. (McKinney TX)
