Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking a Legal Entity Controller with a minimum of 3+ years’ post-qualified experience in a similar role, with a background in Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly Management Accounts for multiple legal entities across the Group and take ownership of all accounting requirements and statutory filings.
• Analyze financial results and performance, providing commentary and insights on variances.
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate the preparation of financial statements in collaboration with external auditors.
• Support the Head of Finance and CFO in the completion of quarterly and annual Group audits.
• Oversee transfer pricing and tax requirements across assigned legal entities.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations as required.
• Assist in finance projects and support the development of new MI, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ post-qualified experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
• Big 4 training/background would be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
