Send your resume to: [email protected] What You'll Do Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account analyses Manage fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking Support customer rebate and promotional program accounting Perform bank reconciliations and cash management activities Assist with inventory and cost accounting processes Review and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities Review work prepared by accounting staff and provide guidance when needed Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred Experience with Power BI is a plus CPA or CPA candidate preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience reviewing or supervising accounting staff is preferred Office products or manufacturing industry experience is a plus Ability to travel up to 10% Outstanding Benefits Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Flexible work hours Competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000 Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability, and AD&D 401(k) with Company Match Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Weekly Pay Professional development opportunities Collaborative team-oriented culture If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact with a growing organization while advancing your accounting career, we want to hear from you.
