About Responsibilities

At KLx you will join our Consolidation & Group Reporting team, taking a senior role in the technical execution and oversight of complex accounting activities. Acting as a key reference point for group reporting, you will bring strong technical authority and sound judgement to a highly regulated environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will contribute your experience in international group contexts to ensure accurate, compliant and high‑quality financial information across the organization.

Accounting & IFRS Consolidation

• Lead and execute IFRS consolidation processes, ensuring full compliance with Group methodologies and standards;
• Prepare, review and validate group reporting packages, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations;
• Ensure correct and consistent application of IFRS accounting policies;
• Guarantee the integrity, accuracy and traceability of financial data.

Group & Regulatory Reporting

• Actively contribute to financial reporting to the Crédit Agricole Group;
• Prepare and/or supervise regulatory reporting, including FINREP; COREP is considered a strong plus;
• Ensure strict compliance with technical requirements and reporting deadlines;
• Support monthly closing and reporting cycles in a group environment.

Audit, Controls & Compliance

• Act as main technical counterpart for external auditors;
• Prepare technical memos, accounting positions and audit documentation;
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls related to accounting, consolidation and reporting;
• Proactively identify accounting risks and propose corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Manage and/or supervise accounting teams, directly or functionally;
• Contribute to the development of team technical skills and best practices;
• Collaborate closely with local and group teams;
• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting;
• Mandatory experience in a Big4 firm (Audit or Accounting Advisory), ideally with exposure to international groups;
• Proven experience in IFRS consolidation;
• Demonstrated experience in team management or coordination;
• Background in organizations integrated into large international groups;
• Strong expertise in IFRS (including consolidation, intercompany, impairment, revenue recognition);
• Solid experience in group reporting and closing processes;
• FINREP and COREP experience is a strong plus;
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigour and commitment to data accuracy;
• Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and high scrutiny;

Languages:

• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Fluent French (strongly preferred / major plus);
• Portuguese native or fluent;
