Due to continued growth, the finance team is looking to add an experienced Senior Accountant who will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting services.

Description
- Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end adjustments
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax regulations
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting team members
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting regulations
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing journal entries
- Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Communicative English skills
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be an advantage
