Senior Accounting Manager - Remote, Growth & Automation Lead

Position Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, and integration activities. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, eager to grow, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

• Support and oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Assist with technical accounting matters and audit coordination
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations and leadership teams
• Support acquisition integration and accounting process alignment initiatives
• Help drive process improvements, automation, and scalability within the accounting function
• Assist with internal controls and compliance activities
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Combination of public accounting and corporate industry experience preferred
• Experience within IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or managed services industries is considered a strong asset
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Highly ambitious, driven, and eager to grow professionally
