Senior Administrative Assistant - Finance The Sr. Administrative Assistant serves as a highly trusted strategic partner to the Finance Director, providing executive-level administrative support, operational coordination, and departmental leadership support for the Finance Team. This role exists to increase the effectiveness of the Finance Director and department by managing key administrative functions and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
This role is responsible for supporting communication, planning, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive leader, skilled in administration and executive support, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the mission of CCV through excellence in financial operations. Key Responsibilities Finance Director Support Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Finance Director.
Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and departmental scheduling. Prepare agendas, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. Serve as a trusted extension of the Finance Director by handling communications and requests professionally and confidentially.
Department Coordination
