Job Description
Senior Administrator urgently required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Fire and rescue service, this role will be based in Belfast. This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £16.68 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately. The main duties will include
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Area Command
- Drafting and typing letters
- Maintain the upkeep on sickness, holiday records
- Diary Management, preparing paperwork for meetings
- Attend meeting and take minutes / notes
- Monitoring incoming calls and mail
- Handle confidential information
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in a Senior Secretary role
- Five GCSEs (grades A-C)
- Minute / Note taking
- Ability to prioritise tasks
