Senior Architectural Technologist

A collaborative architectural design studio in South Dublin has a new opportunity for a Senior level Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technologist to join the team.

The successful Architectural Technologist will join a progressive team and work across a range of commercial, residential, hospitality and retail projects through Ireland, taking the lead from planning through to construction stages of development.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will hold an architectural technology qualification, have strong proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD) and have proven success leading projects in line with current industry regulations.

Desired skills & Experience:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist with 8 years+ experience (desired)
• Strong understanding of TGD’s and BCAR
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficiency in BIM - ArchiCAD
• Project experience should include residential, commercial or retail developments
• Previous success leading projects and mentoring a small team
