Senior Associate, Front Office Strategy Consulting – Customer Analytics

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets
• Utilize skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients
• Build meaningful client connections and manage relationships
• Develop and deploy scalable data visualization and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members in data analysis tools and methodologies

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Preference for fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Advanced skills in predictive analytics and machine learning
• Customer analytics and forecasting methodologies
