WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR As the Quest brand continues to grow, we are seeking a Sr Brand Manage r to lead a portfolio of established businesses and emerging growth platforms within the Quest portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing brand and business strategies, leading innovation, and delivering profitable growth across multiple product platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action – someone who can confidently present recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team while also driving execution, solving complex business challenges, and influencing cross‑functional partners. We are looking for a consumer‑focused marketer with strong business acumen, creativity, and the ability to turn insights into impactful products, programs, and results.
As a cross‑functional business leader, the Senior Brand Manager will partner closely with Consumer Insights, Research & Development, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to identify opportunities, develop business plans, and bring new products and initiatives to market. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction across senior leadership and significant influence on the future growth of one of the company’s most strategic brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and own emerging innovation platforms in the growing Quest portfolio, including daily management of the business, championing growth opportunities, and P&L profitability oversight
Lead development of new products from conception to launch, includes driving a cross‑functional team on formulation, product feasibility validation, packaging development and sales execution; present and gain alignment from Senior Leadership through Stage Gate process
Lead Quest’s licensing and strategic partnership agenda, including evaluation, management, and commercialization of partnership opportunities that strengthen brand equity and drive business growth
Drive brand development and execution of strategic plans by leveraging consumption and panel data, financial analyses, and consumer / category/ competitive research to understand key business opportunities and risks
Serve as the business lead for Quest’s always‑on consumer and category learning agenda, partnering with Consumer Insights to identify key business questions, prioritize learning needs, and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.
Manage development of 360 marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams (Creative, Digital Acceleration, Influencer Marketing) as well as external agency partners
Develop and manage marketing budgets, product P&Ls, and monitor ROI on all market spend
Mentor junior team members to develop brand marketing capabilities
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities to successfully deliver on strategic priorities
Strong analytical background: ability to leverage multiple data sources to craft concise and compelling narratives; must love data and storytelling
Deep understanding of how to interpret and build models from syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, Numerator (IRI and Numerator preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires a solution‑oriented mindset and juggling multiple projects.
Intellectual curiosity and learning agility; aspire to learn and grow in the organization and demonstrate strategic thinking
Ability to develop and coach individuals to maximize their abilities and become a high performing team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years professional experience in CPG Brand Management; Focus in food & beverage category preferred
Experience managing all aspects of P&L to achieve annual plan targets
Experience driving innovation from concept through launch, including leading project timelines and cross‑functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Work is performed in a fast‑paced office environment and may be stressful at times. Work may require sitting for long periods of time; requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and fax machine and scanner.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The health, satisfaction and well‑being of our employees are important to us and an integral part of our organization’s goals. In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short‑term incentive. We provide the base salary range, exclusive of benefits or additional incentives (highlighted here). Additionally, this position is eligible for a 20% annual short‑term incentive. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the compensation range maximum would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
