FINNS Bali is looking for a strategic Business Analytics & Performance Optimization Lead to drive measurable improvements in revenue generation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across our hospitality operations.

You'll own the analytics function, uncover hidden opportunities in our data, and work directly with leadership to implement changes that impact the bottom line.

ResponsibilitiesRevenue OptimizationAnalyze pricing strategies, demand patterns, and customer behavior to identify revenue uplift opportunitiesBuild dynamic pricing models and yield management frameworks to maximize RevPAG/revenue per available guestIdentify underperforming revenue streams and recommend strategic interventionsQuantify the impact of promotional activities, packages, and marketing initiatives

Cost & Margin ManagementConduct deep-dive cost analysis across labor, COGS, utilities, and overhead to identify efficiency gainsBuild financial models that scenario-test cost reduction initiatives before implementationEstablish benchmark metrics and alert systems for margin compressionPartner with procurement and operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste

Operational ExcellenceDesign and maintain KPI dashboards that give real-time visibility into operational healthIdentify bottlenecks in guest flow, service delivery, and resource allocationModel staffing optimization scenarios to balance service quality with labor efficiencyCreate predictive models for demand forecasting to improve planning accuracy

Analytics Infrastructure & InsightsOwn the ERP Analytics environment: build robust reporting architecture that scalesDevelop SQL-based data pipelines to automate analysis and eliminate manual reportingEstablish data governance standards and drive improvement in data quality across teamsTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations with quantified business impact

Strategic PartnershipPresent monthly performance reviews to leadership with specific recommendations and ROI projectionsChallenge and course-correct when operational teams are working with poor data or flawed assumptionsAct as the analytical backbone for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications5+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Operational Analytics with demonstrated impact on business performanceHospitality industry experience required, such as Beach Clubs, Hotels, Multi-unit F&B Groups, or similar high-volume, margin-sensitive operationsProven ability to architect reporting solutions, not just run reportsCan write complex queries for analysis, automation, and data quality validationAdvanced SQL proficiency. Expert-level skills in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and P&L forecastingMust provide specific examples of analyses that led to measurable business improvements (revenue growth, cost savings, efficiency gains)Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Professional English are mandatoryExperience with additional BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc )Experience in Python and RBackground in revenue management or yield optimization (preferable)Exposure to ERP implementation or system integration projects (preferable)Consulting or multi-site operations experience (preferable)
