Contract Opportunity Senior Business Analyst/ Delivery Lead (OpenText CCM Migration) Senior Business Analyst / Delivery Lead Hybrid working Enterprise transformation programme Long-term strategic migration initiative Contract Opportunity Senior Business Analyst (OpenText CCM Migration) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Contractor to join a strategic enterprise transformation programme involving the migration of a legacy on-premise Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform to the OpenText Cloud Native CCM solution. This role requires a highly capable BA with strong stakeholder management, requirements delivery, change management and testing capabilities, together with specialist experience in OpenText CCM migration programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with Programme Management, Architecture, Engineering, Testing and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a complex migration in a regulated environment.

The role will include elements of project leadership and coordination and would suit a Senior BA who is comfortable undertaking selected PM and Test Management activities where required. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Lead requirements elicitation workshops across business and technology teams. Analyse current-state and future-state business processes.

Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solution design. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering and Product teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Support estimation, planning and prioritisation activities. Drive scope definition and scope control throughout delivery. Migration Delivery Support Lead business analysis activities across the OpenText migration programme.

Analyse legacy OpenText configurations, processes and operational workflows. Support migration strategy, readiness assessments, impact analysis and deployment planning. Assist with cutover preparation and business readiness activities.

Support change management and business adoption planning. Testing & Quality Assurance The migration programme will involve extensive testing activity and the successful contractor will be expected to play a leadership role in supporting business testing. Responsibilities include: UAT planning and coordination.

Test scenario and test case definition. Business process validation. Test execution support.

Defect triage and defect management. Traceability between requirements and testing outcomes. Working closely with Programme Manager, Test Manager and Test Lead to ensure successful delivery.

Project & Delivery Leadership Provide delivery leadership across business workstreams. Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies. Support programme governance and reporting.

Facilitate workshops and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders. Coordinate activities across vendors and internal delivery teams. Act as deputy to the Project Manager where required.

Essential Experience Candidates should clearly demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas: 1. OpenText Cloud Migration Experience Proven experience supporting migrations from: OpenText Exstream On-Premise OpenText Command Centre OpenText Live Review to: OpenText Cloud Native CCM OpenText Orchestrator OpenText Empower Experience of Command Centre to Orchestrator migration is highly desirable. 2. OpenText CCM Expertise Strong hands-on knowledge of: OpenText Exstream OpenText CCM OpenText Cloud Native CCM OpenText Orchestrator Command Centre Live Review Ability to understand technical and operational implications of migration activities. 3.

CCM Migration Experience Demonstrable experience delivering projects involving: Migration from on-premise CCM platforms to cloud-based CCM solutions. Document and communication platform modernisation. Legacy communication solution retirement programmes.

OpenText experience is preferred, but experience with equivalent CCM platforms will also be considered. 4. Legacy Platform Knowledge Strong understanding of: Communications platforms Batch processing Document generation workflows Template migration Communication governance Customer correspondence processes 5. Regulated Industry Experience Experience working within highly regulated environments such as: Insurance Financial Services Banking Healthcare Ability to operate within strong compliance, audit and governance frameworks.

Can lead business readiness and testing activities. Is capable of working closely with project and programme leadership. Brings a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.

Has experience working with vendors and external implementation partners. Preference Order Candidates will be prioritised in the following order: OpenText Cloud Native CCM migration experience (Command Centre ? Orchestrator).

OpenText Cloud Native CCM product expertise. Any CCM cloud migration experience. OpenText Exstream / Command Centre / Live Review expertise.

Regulated industry experience (Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare). Strong testing leadership capability. Senior BA with delivery and project coordination experience.
