Senior/Lead Business Analyst - PAS Programme About Pikl Pikl is on a mission to enable the growth of digital marketplaces, starting with vacation rentals. We design and deliver insurance-enabled solutions that help platforms, property managers and owners unlock new revenue and deliver better customer experiences. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re building a Policy Administration System (PAS) to underpin a scalable, partner-ready insurance platform.

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering our PAS. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working on a project with real strategic impact, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams. You’ll own requirements end-to-end – from shaping early scope through to supporting delivery and UAT – helping us turn complex insurance processes into a scalable, modern platform.

Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across the PAS MVP Translate insurance processes into clear user stories, specs and acceptance criteria Own and manage the product backlog through delivery lifecycle Act as the primary interface between business and digital/engineering teams Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews) Define integration requirements across PAS components (API, pricing, billing, data, claims) Produce high-quality artefacts: BRDs, process maps, data flows, system documentation Support UAT planning, execution and sign-off Proactively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment About You 5+ years’ BA experience within general or specialty insurance Proven delivery on PAS or complex insurance platform projects Strong understanding of policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims & billing Experience working with APIs, integrations and system architectures Confident communicator – able to work across C-suite to delivery teams Comfortable in fast-moving, MVP / scale-up environments Experience with London Market / MGA / Lloyd’s environments Familiarity with platforms like Guidewire, SSP, Earnix or similar If you are a delivery focused BA with deep insurance and PAS experience we'd love to hear from you.
