Senior Business Analyst (Remote) - Performio (CR/510431) Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey

Salary: USD43 - USD53 per hour

A consumer products company is seeking to add a new Senior Business Analyst to a remote position with potential for contract-to-hire. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding Performio functionality/capabilities and modeling/mapping between various systems.

This is a great Remote opportunity (will be expected to go on-site on occasion for important meetings).

Responsibilities

• Eliciting requirements and performing detailed analysis and documentation
• Modeling processes and mapping data between systems
• Evaluating impacts and prioritizing requests
• Partnering with project teams for successful data interface project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders for data mapping requirements development
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience in Data Modeling and Mapping
• Solid understanding of Compensation Management systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Systems/Data Analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Experience in Performio
