Base pay range

CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$135,000.00/yr

IT Recruitment Manager / U of T / Smith School of Business MMA

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale technology initiatives across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC, API integrations, and experience working in complex enterprise environments—preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects or at the program level.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future state business processes and system flows.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.
• Support API design discussions, data mapping, and integration specifications.
• Manage and prioritize requirements, changes, and dependencies across projects.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and approvals with business and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior BAs and support consistent standards across the program.

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including program-level or lead BA responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API design, documentation, and integration projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in requirement gathering tools and modeling techniques (e.g., user stories, process maps, use cases).
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong asset.
