Responsibilities The successful candidate will join the New Build Pod within RESL Automation, part of the Colleague Enablement ART.
Develop and maintain business solutions that drive process simplification, operational excellence, and colleague enablement across RESL. Support existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery, and work with business partners and delivery teams on new process improvement tools. Help ideate, develop, deploy, and govern new tools, processes, and workflows that support production teams.
Embrace Agile methodologies to deploy new tools quickly and efficiently, exceeding the expectations of business partners. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years working with HTML/CSS and JavaScript coding, with the ability to produce high‑quality output independently. Strong coding practices with adherence to standard naming conventions and exhaustive development testing before review.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Advanced knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access, and MS Excel. Knowledgeable in using built‑in browser developer tools to understand web site API methods.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with SQL databases. Experience working in an Agile operating model using JIRA/Confluence (beneficial). Ability to own and drive assigned projects to meet timelines and produce quality deployments.
Support the product owner by coaching junior developers in addition to managing own accountabilities. Benefits Base salary ranging from $81,600 to $115,200 CAD. Variable compensation.
