Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in handling end-to-end residential construction projects, from structural execution to finishing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design and safety standards across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete site execution from structure to finishing stage
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor quality control, workmanship, and material usage
• Plan and track project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Handle site billing, measurements, and quantity verification
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions
• Conduct regular site inspections and reporting to management
• Maintain proper documentation including DPRs, material logs, and progress reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of RCC structure, finishing works, and residential construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Good understanding of site management and project planning
• Experience in handling premium residential projects preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential construction projects
• Experience in handling independent villas / high-end residential projects preferred
