Senior Consultant / Solution Architect – Telecom OSS & GIS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Solution Architect – Telecom OSS & GIS to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of OSS and GIS solutions for telecom clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Telecom OSS architecture, GIS technologies, system integration, and telecom network domains, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across transformation initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define end-to-end solution architectures, drive implementation programs, and support OSS modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.

Experience: 7–15 Years

Location: Chennai

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and implementation of OSS and GIS solutions for telecom clients.
• Analyze business and network requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integrations between Inventory, Provisioning, Service Assurance, and GIS systems.
• Drive solution development, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to define end-to-end workflows and solution roadmaps.
• Support OSS modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and integration teams.
• Participate in client discussions, solution estimations, project planning, and governance activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, quality standards, and performance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Telecom OSS and GIS technologies.
• Strong telecom domain expertise with hands-on experience in OSS architecture and solution design.
• Experience leading solution implementations, integration programs, or telecom transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams in enterprise environments.
