Senior Conveyancing Solicitor | Belfast | Hybrid | Up to £65,000 + Bonus

We're working with a well-established Belfast law firm that is looking to add an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to its highly regarded Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a residential conveyancing solicitor who wants to join a busy, supportive team with an established caseload already in place. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own files, backed by an experienced support team and a firm that places real emphasis on client service.

You'll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high level of client care throughout.

This will include:

• Managing sales, purchases and remortgages
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
• Managing files efficiently and meeting key deadlines
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required legal and regulatory standards

• Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
