Reporting to a senior sales leader, this role is responsible for delivering revenue and margin targets, managing strategic customer portfolios, and leading a high‑performing sales team. Job RoleThe successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across corporate sales activities, with responsibilities including:Lead and manage a portfolio of major and large enterprise customers, ensuring profitable growth, retention, and renewalsDeliver annual sales volume and margin targets, aligned with approved commercial and pricing frameworksDevelop and execute sales and go‑to‑market strategies covering prospecting, acquisition, contract renewals, and customer retentionOversee all RFQs, quotations, proposals, and internal reports, ensuring accuracy, governance compliance, and timely submissionLead, coach, and develop a team of account managers and sales executives to achieve individual and team performance targetsDrive strong customer engagement through regular client meetings and executive-level interactions, including direct C-suite engagement to influence decision-making, secure strategic deals, and strengthen long-term commercial partnerships.Support and execute marketing initiatives and client engagement events to strengthen brand visibility within assigned sectorsDrive multi-product and bundled solution sales to enhance customer value and differentiate the company’s market positioningMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, providing insights to key internal stakeholders and leadership teamsEnsure effective management of commercial risk, credit exposure, contract governance, and internal approval processesCollaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting, business planning, and strategic initiativesPrepare and present regular performance, pipeline, and market reports to to key internal stakeholders and leadership teams Job RequirementsEducation & ExperienceDegree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a regulated, contract-driven B2B service industry. Strong track record in managing large accounts, with demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, retention, and profitable revenue growthSkills & AttributesProven people leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high‑performing sales teamsExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholdersCommercially astute, analytical, and strategic, with a strong focus on results and executionSelf‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑changing market environmentStrong governance mindset with experience working within structured approval, risk, and compliance frameworks
