Creative Leadership & VisionDefine and lead the overall creative vision across all projects, events, festivals, and experiential campaignsBuild strong, innovative, and commercially viable concepts aligned with client objectives and brand strategyDrive originality, innovation, and excellence across all creative outputsEnsure consistency in storytelling, design language, and audience experience across all touchpointsTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional creative teams comprising:Graphic Designers3D Space DesignersConceptualizersCopywritersVisualizersCreative ProducersEstablish strong creative processes, review systems, and execution frameworksFoster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven creative cultureProvide guidance, feedback, and professional development support to senior and junior team membersConcept Development & ExecutionOversee concept creation for:Large-scale festivalsBrand launchesExperiential marketing campaignsConferences and summitsLuxury and lifestyle eventsSponsor integrationsIP-led events and propertiesEnsure concepts are practical, scalable, and executable within timelines and budgetsClient & Business EngagementPresent creative pitches and strategic concepts to clients, sponsors, and stakeholdersParticipate actively in new business development and pitch processesUnderstand client needs and translate briefs into impactful creative strategiesBuild strong long-term client relationships through high-quality creative deliveryCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Business DevelopmentProductionOperationsSponsorship SalesMarketing & CommunicationsBrand PartnershipsEnsure creative ideas are aligned with execution feasibility and commercial objectivesQuality Control & Final DeliveryReview and approve all final creative outputs before executionMaintain the highest standards across design, communication, spatial execution, and audience experienceTroubleshoot creative and execution challenges during planning and live event stages Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling skillsExpertise in experiential design and event-led brand communicationStrong understanding of spatial design, branding, and visual communicationExcellent presentation and client management skillsCommercial acumen with strong business understandingStrategic planning and decision-making abilitiesHigh ownership and execution excellenceAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Preferred BackgroundProven experience in leading large creative teams in an Event Management Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Festival IP, or Media HouseStrong portfolio of large-scale events and high-impact experiential campaignsExperience working with premium brands, sponsors, and large-format productions
