Senior Design Architect - 8-10 years

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Senior Design Architect, based in our Mumbai HQ. Responsibilities include leading architectural design processes, creating and managing construction drawings, Coordinating the design between MEP Services, Structure and other expertise and collaborating with clients and internal teams. The role requires driving project excellence from concept development through execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Master's degree in Architecture
• 8-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and management.
• Candidate need to exhibit strong Design & Detailing Skills
• Ability to prepare coordinated drawings within project timelines.
• Expertise in creating detailed Construction Drawings according to industry and regulatory standards.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Sketchup & Revit is a plus with min 7 years of exprience
• Knowledge in BIM is a plus
• Knowledge of DCR/ UDCPR is a plus
