Digital Transformation LeadershipLead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives.Engage with clients to understand organizational challenges, operating models, and priorities.Design innovative digital solutions, functional architectures, and deployment strategies.Take a hands-on role across the transformation lifecycle (strategy, solutioning, architecture, delivery).Partner with client CXOs and senior WNS leadership to define and execute transformation roadmaps.

Industry KnowledgeLeverage deep healthcare industry experience across payers and providers.Build digital solutions, capabilities, and products for healthcare clients.Apply expertise across UM, clinical, RCM, and administrative functions.Develop thought leadership in healthcare digital transformation.Understand the impact of data, AI, Agentic AI, and CX across the healthcare ecosystem. Capability DevelopmentBuild and scale digital transformation capabilities (frameworks, accelerators, best practices, reusable assets).Enable teams through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, Agentic systems, and HyperAutomation across engagements.Establish governance models, deployment strategies, and operating frameworks.
