Senior Electrical Engineer

Role: AM / Dy Manager – Electrical Execution (Gas Power Plant)

Location: Multiple location in Gabon (West Africa) | On-site Relocation Required

Project Size: 40 - 220 MW

Salary: USD 3,480 / Month (Gross) | INR 3,25,000 / Month + Standard Benefits

Benefits: Accommodation, Food, transportation, Insurance, Round Trip Air Tickets(Upon completing 6months) 6months on site / 15 days off.

Contract: 2 Years extendable (1 year renewable).

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Execution professional to oversee planning, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of a Gas Power Plant project in Gabon, Africa.

Key Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in electrical execution for power plant projects

Strong exposure to gas-fired power plants (40–200 MW+)

Proven experience in EPC execution monitoring & PMC coordination

Hands-on knowledge of switchgear, transformers, protection systems & power distribution

Familiarity with IEC / IEEE / NEC standards

International project exposure & multicultural team management experience

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electro Mechanical

Role Focus:

Electrical execution monitoring & contractor supervision

Project planning, risk mitigation & schedule adherence

Quality assurance, FAT / SAT participation & commissioning support

HSE compliance enforcement & safety leadership

Stakeholder coordination between EPC, PMC & Owner teams

Willingness to relocate to Gabon, Africa and work on-site
