Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Maintenance substation, related equipment, Switch gear, Distribution system
• Reading of drawing and troubleshooting of sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA HT & LT Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Factor Control Panels
• Operation & Maintenance of Diesel generator set above 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing Power control, Motor Control Centre, Modern Electrical Equipment’s.
• Electrical maintenance of entire plant – Production, Utility, Lighting, Comfort ACs , Panel AC
• Electrical related statutory compliance of entire plant
• Act as energy champion for the site and drive continuous improvement in energy saving activities
• Hands on experience on VFD, PLC, SCADA, DCS systems
• Execution and initiation of capex project
• Adherence of CEIG compliance and EMS
• Knowledge on SAP maintenance modules
• Cogen power plant experience preferable
• Total productive Maintenance
• Safety and Environment Management System – Owner of Electrical Safety and LOTO standards for the entire plant
• Spare parts and Inventory Control
• Drive World Class Manufacturing agenda for Electrical function
