Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Design Execution & Brand ConsistencyConceptualise and execute design assets across digital, print, and outdoor formats including social media creatives, emailers, brochures, reports, presentations, signages, and event collaterals.Ensure all design outputs are consistent with Embassy's brand guidelines and visual identity standards.Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet campaign objectives.
- Layout & Creative DevelopmentDevelop innovative layouts, visual concepts, and design frameworks for marketing campaigns and brand communication.Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling creatives with minimal iterations.Maintain a high standard of craft across typography, colour, composition, and imagery.Manage and organise design assets, templates, and brand files in a structured and accessible manner.Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes for various platforms and mediums.
- Motion Graphics & Video EditingSupport creation of basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and short-form video edits for digital platforms.Assist in post-production of marketing videos, reels, and campaign films as required.Use AI to create quick format videos
- Collaboration & TimelinesWork effectively under tight timelines without compromising on quality of output.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/printers to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a clear sense of prioritisation and ownership.
Qualifications and Work Experience:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team, creative agencyA strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design.Experience working with marketing teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
