Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attraction: Develop strategies, post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), networks, and events to find candidates.Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, interview candidates, assess qualifications.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and provide market insights.Candidate Experience: Ensure positive interactions and act as a brand ambassador.ATS & Data: Maintain accurate data in the ATS, track metrics (time-to-fill), and report on recruitment efforts.Pipeline Building: Nurture relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, often with an ATS.Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (often preferred).BPO hiring experience will be a plus
